Her work braids together yoga and Vipassana, the 12-step inventory, Baha'i service, Meisner truthfulness and ethical marketing into one coherent platform: ending self-abandonment.

"CEO of My Life" began as a song. It has since become the umbrella for a body of work that meets people in the rooms they already trust — somatic retreats, women's leadership stages, conscious business teams — and gives them a practice they can take home.
